Thermo Pride Warranty Information:

Thermo Pride products are backed with outstanding warranties. The proven longevity of Thermo Pride’s oil furnace heat exchanger, combined with the Limited Lifetime Warranty, virtually eliminates the worry of ever having to replace your oil furnace. The Thermo Pride oil heat exchanger carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty which states that if the heat exchanger becomes defective, Thermo Products will provide at its option either a replacement heat exchanger or the necessary repair parts on a no charge basis. Should you sell your home, the furnace heat exchanger warranty will automatically transfer to the new owners. Any labor costs involved in the diagnosis, repair or the removal and replacement of the heat exchanger are the responsibility of the owner. Thermo Pride furnaces also come with a 10-year parts warranty*. The first 5 years parts warranty is to the current owner. After the first 5 years, the parts warranty is only to the verified original homeowner. See warranty specifics for details.

Our condensing gas furnaces come with a lifetime heat exchanger warranty. The first 5 years parts warranty is to the current owner. After the first 5 years, the parts warranty is only to the verified original homeowner. See warranty specifics for details. Beyond the 10th year the primary and secondary heat exchanger will provide at its option either a replacement heat exchanger or the necessary repair parts on a no charge basis. Any labor costs involved in the diagnosis, repair or the removal and replacement of the heat exchanger are the responsibility of the owner.

The Thermo Pride GMA and GMC series comes with a 12-year heat exchanger warranty and 2-year parts warranty to all owners. Any labor costs involved in furnace diagnosis or the removal and replacement of a defective part and heat exchanger are the responsibility of the owner. Any transportation costs associated with the replacement of warranted parts or the heat exchanger are the responsibility of the owner. If Thermo Products request the return of the defective heat exchanger, it must be returned by prepaid transportation at the expense of the owner. See warranty certificate for complete warranty details.

Thermo Pride evaporator coil warranty is extended to the current owner for the first 5 years. An additional 5 years of coverage is extended to the verified original homeowner only who has registered within 90 days from the installation date. For all other owners and for units that were not registered, coverage terminates on the 5 year anniversary of the original installation date. See warranty for details.

Our products are sold through wholesale distribution in most areas. All warranty claims require the model and serial number of the unit be provided to verify warranty eligibility. Many parts on our units are common and universal in design such as oil burner parts. The distributors stock many of these parts that can be used on our units. They also stock many Thermo Products specific parts as well. Most distributors will sell and invoice the repair part to the contractor and then process the warranty claim on their behalf.  The selling price of a repair part is often more than the manufacturer’s credit amount. This difference is the responsibility of the contractor.
